Director of K-12 Partnerships (Full-Time)

Role Overview:
Lead Closegap's expansion to reach every K-12 school in the United States, transforming how schools support student mental health. You'll drive our mission to make mental health support accessible to all students through strategic district partnerships and proven implementation success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development
Build and execute district growth plan and strategy
Develop and maintain superintendent relationships
Create and implement a district sales playbook
Present at education conferences
Monitor state-level legislation on universal screening and other topics
Implementation & Success
Expand the Help Center and Resource Center
Develop professional development training programs for schools and districts
Coordinate LMS and SIS integrations
Lead client success initiatives
Create implementation playbook
Team Leadership
Establish performance metrics
Create a territory management plan and strategy for building the partnerships team
Develop sales enablement tools
Document success stories and create case studies
Requirements:
5+ years in K-12 education partnerships
Experience scaling educational tools across states
Strong understanding of district buying processes
Track record of building successful partnerships
Experience with education technology implementation
Knowledge of student data privacy requirements
Excellence in relationship-building and communication

Compensation & Benefits:
$130,000 - $160,000 annual salary
Performance-based bonuses tied to growth metrics
